Refund policy

At Caramel Rose Homeware, our customers are our top priority, and we are dedicated to exceeding your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy, allowing you to return the item within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, with the original packaging and proof of purchase, within 14 days.

We recommend reviewing your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us right away, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty.
